Parcel Land Surveyors were engaged to deliver the complete survey scope for a two-lot residential subdivision on a sloping suburban property. The project required careful planning due to elevation changes, neighbouring structures, and existing underground services. Our team completed a detailed topographical survey, boundary investigation, and scheme plan preparation to support the client’s resource consent application and provide a clear foundation for the design process.
Working closely with the planner, architect, and civil engineer, we produced accurate CAD drawings showing contours, service locations, existing buildings, vegetation, and proposed lot boundaries. We also identified potential site constraints early, allowing the design team to refine layouts efficiently and avoid costly revisions later. This collaborative approach helped streamline council communications and ensured the project progressed smoothly through the consent stage.
Once approvals were granted, Parcel Land Surveyors carried out construction set-out surveys to accurately position building platforms, driveways, and services on site. We then prepared final Land Transfer survey plans and documentation required for title issue. Through clear communication, reliable timelines, and precise survey data at every stage, the subdivision was completed efficiently and with confidence for both the client and their build team.
